gmanOK, here we go with a serious old school look at popular soul music. Probably the identifying factor of this show is my spinning of records I would normally not play on the radio. There was a time when I could listen to the radio and find some measure of satisfaction, but today it is impossibly difficult. These songs go back a few years. Most were 'on the radio'. I have two songs by Bill Withers. I am playing the long version of 'Papa Was A Rolling Stone' by The Temptations. Some songs that are somewhat unheard by Mother's Worry, The Prime Movers, and Mystic Siva. Fans of R.E.M. and JJ Cale are going to be all happy. Prepare to move and groove... The G Man
