A weekly 3 hour broadcast, on Sunday nights @ 10pm (central) and features Creative Commons music from netlabels from all over the world.
--------------
Obvious World, aka: Matt Ahearn, has lived in Fairfield off and on since 1983 when, at the age of 11, his mother, June Ahearn, and he relocated from the forested mountains of Connecticut. Matt has been a dj since 1986 and an electronic music producer for over 14 years and currently resides in the Smoky Mountains of Western North Carolina.
Quite frequently you'll hear music composed by Obvious World during his set on Sunday nights, however it is important to note that the entire show features only Creative Commons music that is being released through Netlabels and from independent artists with CC compositions.
Tune in and check out the what the future sounds like.
Saturday morning, 3/8 hear electronic music from Pirate Satellite's 1994 compilation Kiss The Future. Music by Patrick O'Hearn; Saint Etienne; Siouxsie & The Banshees; Jimi Hendrix; Depeche Mode and more.
"The music's encompassing atmosphere and entrancing groove is at once hypnotic and soothing, as the possibility of spirituality through technology is explored."

Matt....Your show is blown tonight. This is true Martian music. (Yes, of course I am an authority on that!) I'd like to hear your thoughts on whatever inspired this.
I'm giving it two thumbs up.
