Terence McKenna: ...Adulthood seems to be a freezing of the reflex to play. And then one is forever caught where one was standing at age 25 when one suddenly became intellectually and and esthetically constipated.
Bruce Eisner: Right. And later a lot of the psychologists like Maslow and Jung said that the purpose of our whole life is to keep growing with self-actualization and self-realization. You know, in the earlier stages of Freudianism there is a place where it all ends according to conventional psychology. But in the new psychology, we constantly grow.
Terence McKenna: That's right. Human life that isn't growing is dying.

Tonight's show is a discussion between sequenced sounds, a conversation about the mojo of reality, a talk of what is and what was and what will be. Tonight's show is fueled by the totally renewable resource known as Pure Bliss. It's an environmentally friendly trip down the corridors of imagination and playfulness composed and woven together by me, Matt Ahearn aka: Obvious World. The broadcast features music from the following releases on the netlabel Beautiful Eternal: Tender Chunky Reprieve [B.E.#00006], Music for Groovy Living Rooms [B.E.#00009], and Daylilly [B.E.#00010].
Thanks for tuning in and ENJOY THE RIDE!
Happy Birthday Richard Beymer!
