This sunday's show will begin with my newest drum n' bass song "Holy Mesina" which is an interstellar ode to the beatified and nearly cannonized saint, Antonia Mesina. It was written with full flurry on Wednesday February 27th 2008 and hits all the highs and lows with 3 movements during its 7 minute duration. From there the show will dip and dive into various Obvious World compositions spanning the entire map of conscious creation. No two songs will be alike and your attention span will NOT be tested. Instead this is a journey that I've been wanting to take with you for quite some time, a journey of creativity, an expedition of levity and curiosity full of color and emotion.
This time around there won't be synchronistic beats melding into one another, but rather a meshing of aura's and emotions. An atypical illumination of swirling movements meant to invoke the true essence of creativity. A room-filling ambiance of playfulness and epiphanies. So break out your sketchbooks, your sharpies, your canvases and your spray paint cans and make sure the chicken is marinated proper so your late-night head bobbing bbq can groove along with this magnanimous spread of delightful delicacies.
Tune in early for Theo Bowen's Short List beginning @ 8pm (cst) and you'll be treated to some disco funk, Curtis Mayfield, Isaac Hayes and then on to the big banging sounds of the future past. I know this because I spoke to him while he was shopping the grocery store for exotic nuts and glazes.
Maximum peace and blessings,
Matt

"Good lives are being lived right now. New caveats of lifelong fun and growing flowers in boxes on sunny decks and porches...Flowing breezes blowing our hair and tossling our 800 year old smiles across faces we've been and seen. I see you. Forever."
