Brief Bio

What is the greatest all time catch by an outfielder in World Series history?

Oh yeah, oops, this is a bio section. OK, down to business. I am the husband of Susan and the dad of Genevra, Ben and Chetana.

Founded Copperfield in 1978. Moved to Fairfield in 1981. Still work at Copperfield cause of the great customers and wonderful employees. Passionate about bodyboarding over razor sharp coral.

Qualified to do this show because my high school played football in the Rose Bowl on Friday nights, and I was a drummer in the band and have thus spent way more time on that playing field than most players could ever dream about. So what if it was doing half time shows...

I have cheered for my kids, coached them poorly and silently rooted against the under 12 kids who were competing against them. (There, now you don't have to feel guilty for having done the same thing.)

While all that was going on I sponsored Rich Vogler in the Indy 500 for 4 years which means you spend a bunch of money, get a decal on the car, and get to stand around. Both A.J. Foyt and Roger Penske have nodded at me in the Indy garage area just in case I was someone important. Oh yeah, and I once went to 3 San Diego Padre games in a row. And in 8th grade I caught a touchdown pass from Darrell Evans (look him up).

With these credentials my partner on PW Sports, Greg Polakow, asked me to be co-host and I accepted.
